How long we keep information

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. In general:

  • Customer account details – kept while the account is active, and for up to 2 years after closure.
  • Service usage logs and support records – kept for up to 2 years.
  • Marketing data – kept until you withdraw consent or after 2 years of inactivity.
  • Payment and billing records – retained for 6 years in line with UK tax and accounting requirements.
  • Recruitment data (unsuccessful applicants) – kept for 6 months after the hiring decision.
  • Employee records – retained for the duration of employment and up to 6 years afterwards.
  • Security logs – stored for up to 12 months; CCTV (if applicable) for 30–90 days.

Once the relevant retention period has expired, we securely delete or anonymise the data. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for research and statistical purposes.
